Delivery
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (excluding Fridays, weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order ships.
During the month of August, your orders may take a little longer to be processed due to the summer holidays.
Shipping
Our partners are Colissimo, La Poste, FedEx, DHL & UPS.
Our shipping rates for France (Domestic) and Europe are free for all orders of a minimum amount of €49, otherwise delivery costs €6.50 incl. VAT in Metropolitan France.
For the rest of the world, shipping costs are €10 and free for all orders over €150.
Delivery delay
On average, our delivery times are
- France: 1-3 working days
- Europe: 1-5 working days
- USA and rest of the world: 2-6 working days
We also offer you to pick up your order directly on site if you can! To do this, simply tick "Pick Up" at the time of payment.
Then you must confirm your arrival by email.
